Marbleized Chocolate Creations Now Featured
at Chocolates à la Carte
In its quest to keep developing exciting new products, Chocolate
à la Carte is proud to announce its line of marbleized
chocolate designs. The technique was created in the spring of
1993 to be used for the Folded Linen Cup.
The response to the marbleized Folded Linen Cup was so strong,
the company decided to expand
and create other products. Starting with the popular Bear Paw
Shell and then moving to the Hawaiian Conch Shell, there is
now a wide selection of marbleized products available.
Pastel Spring '94, Chocolate à la Carte has just created
the Pastel Folded Linen Cup. "Our goal was to develop a
light and elegant product for spring and summer desserts,"
says Rena Pocrass, president of the company. "We believe
the Pastel Folded Linen Cup is perfect for warmer weather desserts
when people want to eat chocolate in a more delicate form."
