Stand-up & Stand Out" Chocolate Figures

ARE you looking for something really different to feature at your next special function? Chocolates à la Carte has recently developed "Stand-up & Stand Out" chocolate figures to add excitement to any event.

"We created this new product line to help add height and a new distinctive dimension to desserts," says Rena Pocrass. "They are another chocolate dessert foundation that we believe will help add the WOW' factor to any chef's dessert creations."

Stand-up hearts and cupids were released for Valentines Day and now tulips are available for Easter. The company is developing designs for the Christmas holidays.

Custom stand-up products can also be made for any occasion. For the Superbowl, Chocolates à la Carte created stand-up football players. "With our chocolate printing and molding capabilities, we can produce almost anything," says Rena. "We can print three dimensionally on round or uneven chocolate surfaces."
