Make BIG Waves with Chocolate

Our new chocolate waves can help you add sensational touches to your dessert creations.

"We developed chocolate waves to offer a different kind of architectural design element for desserts," says Rena Pocrass.

Chocolate waves were recently released for New Year's and Valentine's Day. Many pastry chefs reported back to Chocolates à la Carte that they were excited about the variety of the design possibilities and the big "WOW" factor that the waves provided.

The extremely thin chocolate waves are versatile and can be used on dessert plates as dividers, backdrops or to make personalized written statements such as Greetings, Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Congratulations, etc. They can also have colored graphic designs.

"We are delighted with our customer's enthusiasm for this new item," says Pocrass. "Our new wave helps pastry chefs put their signature on memorable desserts."
