
At Chocolates à la Carte we have always respected and appreciated
the art and talents of pastry chefs. We will again be a sponsor of the
U.S. World Cup Pastry Team and will be in Lyon in January 1999 to root
for our team.
As we move closer toward the millennium, we also realize the importance
of recognizing new talent. That is why Chocolates à la Carte has
created the 1998 "New Star Dessert Search Contest."
We hope to let the light shine on the brightest new dessert chefs in
America
