As 2005 comes to an end, we would once again like to thank all our customers and friends. I find it hard to believe as we bring in the New Year we will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary! Time goes by so quickly when you are having such good time!

I am thrilled to announce with this milestone anniversary almost upon us we have a very special new member of our team, Stanton Ho. Chef Ho will serve as our new Corporate Chef. We are very fortunate to have one of the United States most respected pastry chefs join our Chocolates à la Carte team.

We are looking forward to exciting new possibilities and working with all of you as we move into our milestone year! All of you have inspired me and the Chocolates à la Carte team with your wonderful chocolate masterpieces, and the many ways you use our designs.
