CHOCOLATES Á LA CARTE ANNOUNCES STANTON HO AS NEW CORPORATE CHEF
Chef Ho joins Chocolates á la Carte on the verge of the company’s 20th anniversary. Chocolates á la Carte, The Leader in World Class Chocolate Designs, announced that Stanton Ho will take over a new position at Chocolates a la Carte as the Corporate Executive Chef. Chef Ho will be heading up new product development, managing the production of confections and assisting sales and marketing with product and menu development for our major customer accounts. The Chef will continue to make guest appearances, teach courses and instruct seminars. “Stanton’s talent and already intimate knowledge or our organization will make a large contribution to achieving both our short-term and long-term strategic goals,” said Rick Pocrass, CEO for Chocolates á la Carte. Stanton has been working with Chocolates à la Carte for almost 20 years. This wonderful relationship that is now a partnership, has flourished since the founding of the company. Stanton Ho was selected from a number of different talented industry professionals to join the management team as Chocolates à la Carte Corporate Executive Chef. Stanton left the Las Vegas Hilton where he was working since 1979 to join the Chocolates à la Carte team.
