Kyle Swick
(Team Manager)
Kyle Swick is the Business Development
Team Manager and has been a Chocolates à la Carte team member
since 1993. Kyle’s favorite thing about working at Chocolate's
a la Carte is working with some of the top Pastry Chef’s in
the country. Kyle’s favorite Chocolates à la Carte product
is the Hawaiian Conch shell and always enjoys a bittersweet chocolate.
Annie Easterbrook
Annie Easterbrook has been a Chocolates à
la Carte team member since 2002. Annie’s favorite thing about
working at Chocolate's a la Carte is that she loves the industry.
Annie loves to sell something she actually enjoys and to work with
other creative minds that look at chocolate as an artistic medium.
Annie mostly enjoys dark chocolate, and her favorite product is the
Aladdin’s lamp and Brandy Discs.
Christine Gallardo
Christine Gallardo has been a Chocolates à
la Carte team member since 1992. Christine’s favorite thing
about working at Chocolates à la Carte is smelling the chocolate.
Christine’s favorite product is the chocolate covered Brandy
Disc’s and enjoys dark chocolate the most.
Janine Grant
Janine Grant has been part of the Business Development
team since 2006. Jan's favorite part of working at Chocolates à
la Carte is interacting with our customers. Speaking with Executive
Chefs planning an upscale experience, an Event Planner coordinating
a special event or a future bride planning her wedding. She loves
that Chocolates à la Carte is so versatile that each and every
one of our customers are VIP's in our eyes. Jan's favorite product
is our keepsake 2 piece truffle/tile box because it's a wonderful
amenity that can be personalized and offers our customer an amazing
upscale presentation at a superb price, while featuring our gourmet
truffles, or truffle squares which can also be silk screened with
a logo.
Melda Ramos
Melda Ramos has been part of the Business Development
team since 2003 and really enjoys the environment that her co-workers
and management team create; she feels they inspire creativity and
great team work. Melda’s favorite part of working with her customer’s
is taking their ideas and creating a wonderful product that satisfies
all their needs. Melda’s favorite product is the Marbled Tulip
Cups and the Famous Signature Truffles. Melda always enjoys dark chocolate
the most.
Nancy Schwartz
Nancy Schwartz has been a Chocolates
à la Carte team member since 1986 and was the first employee!
Nancy’s favorite thing about working at Chocolate's a la Carte
is creatively working with the customers and tasting the creations
from Stanton Ho. Nancy’s favorite product is the new Medium
Abstract Embrace with purple and gold and likes dark chocolate the
best. Nancy really enjoys working with her customers and helping
them to create new ideas for their customers and feeling the excitement
when they present it to their guests and they are "wowed"!
Pat Demmerle
Pat Demmerle is our newest Business Development team
member and has recently started working at Chocolates à la
Carte in 2006. Pat enjoys new challenges and is always happiest when
assisting a customer with their orders. Pat’s favorite chocolate
has always been dark and her favorite product is our Raspberry Signature
Truffles.
Tara Spagnolo
Tara Spagnolo has worked at Chocolates à la
Carte since 2005. Tara’s favorite type of chocolate is dark
and enjoys Chocolates à la Carte’s great variety of truffles.
Tara’s favorite thing about working with her customers is discussing
with them how they are planning to use the products and what they
are creating.
Tracy Kennedy
Tracy Kennedy has been a Business Development team
member since 2003. Tracy’s favorite thing about working at Chocolates
à la Carte is that she loves the food service industry and
enjoys the people within the company. Tracy enjoys dark chocolate
the most and Brandy Discs are her favorite product. Tracy does a great
job and enjoys building her clientele relationships and helping them
to determine creative ideas for their events.
