Biography ~ Chef Pinuccio Tisi


Here is someone whom considers chocolate as a mean to create artistic pieces. He says:
"Nothing better than chocolate will attract people attentions, and if this piece of chocolate also carries a message the receiver will have a double pleasure: admiring it and then eating it."

Pinuccio Tisi graduated as a Pastry Chef in Bergamo Italy and ran his own business for several years.

"It was in the early years of my business that I was very fortunate to learn some of the basic principles of ‘Life’ and ‘Art’ as explained by Scientology founder L.Ron Hubbard. And it was in those days that I learned that I could create an artistic piece instead of simply some dessert."

"This viewpoint changed my look on life and the look toward work; work became a pleasure because it gave me the possibility to express my ideas as well as making a living at it-and by seeing costumers and friends enjoying my creations became an added incentive."

"Sometimes I get asked why I left my prosperous business in Italy and came to California. Well this is a choice I made after applying the principles of Scientology to my own life. One of the mottos I adopted is 'Flourishing and Prospering' and so I did just that. And another basic principle I adopted is that 'things do not stay the same, they either improve or deteriorates'."

" This is what got me here in California working for people I really like to work for and with. This is what gave me an insatiable thirst to learn more. And this is what make that piece a chocolate I work with so special to the receiver."

"And it is here that ‘Chocolates a-la-Carte’ enters into the picture. I can get the resources I can then work with, I get the ‘canvas’ I then use to customize my painting; and when I need some ideas I would just will call Annie and …, the next piece will be another smashing success."
