Pinuccio Tisi graduated as a Pastry Chef in Bergamo Italy and ran his own business for several years. "It was in the early years of my business that I was very fortunate to learn some of the basic principles of ‘Life’ and ‘Art’ as explained by Scientology founder L.Ron Hubbard. And it was in those days that I learned that I could create an artistic piece instead of simply some dessert." "This viewpoint changed my look on life and the look toward work; work became a pleasure because it gave me the possibility to express my ideas as well as making a living at it-and by seeing costumers and friends enjoying my creations became an added incentive."
