Executive Chef
Roosevelt Hotel

Craig has been the Executive Chef at the Roosevelt Hotel for the past year. Before this he was the Executive Chef at the Wyndham Miami Beach Resort in Miami Beach, Florida. Craig has worked in kitchens since he was 15 years old, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foodservice Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
