Started Career at Omni Hotel Resort in
Lake George where I spent my first year after finishing collage.
Heading back to New York I started at Tavern on the Green where
I was a pastry cook for almost three years. Then moved on to the
Plaza Hotel, here I move up to pastry soux chef.
3 Years @ Marriot Marque Hotel – Pastry Chef
Currently @ 5 Years New York Palace as Executive Pastry Chef

I worked most of my career in the New York
Area. Now currently resides in Highland, New York. Where I tend
to an organic garden and drive my ATV on three acres of land upstate.
That’s after I’m finished with the daily task of helping
my wife raise our two
Daughters and son.
