Pastry Chef Wendy Israel's affinity
for flavor and eye catching culinary works of art, have earned
her rave reviews and a loyal following. Frommer's NY Guide has
listed her desserts under "Best Pastry Dessert", as
did NY Magazine "Best Chocolate Dessert".
Wendy went to South Seattle Community
College for her Associate in Specialty Pastry Arts. She's worked
as an Executive Pastry chef for P.G.A. National Resort and Spa
in West Palm Beach Florida, the Doral Ocean Miami Beach Resort,
The White Elephant Resort in Nantucket, celebrity restaurant Moomba
in NY, The W Hotel in NY and currently as the Executive Pastry
Chef of The Essex House A Westin Hotel in Manhattan just to name
a few. "What really excites me is watching someone's eyes
roll when they taste something I've made for them". Modern
Baking Magazine, Chocolatier, Vogue, and Best of Long Island all
