Corporate Chef Mark Willard from Island Desserts in Boston was generous enough to share his beautiful tropical dessert creation using Chocolates à la Carte's white chocolate cylinder. The chocolate cylinder is filled with flourless chocolate cake infused with orange essence and topped with bittersweet chocolate mousse, a froth of white chocolate mousse and topped with a sea of Blue Curacoa glaze. This breathtaking island dessert will send you straight to paradise!

Chef Matt Roach from Levy Restaurants in Chicago creatively put together this amazing masterpiece using two of Chocolates à la Carte's products; a chocolate baseball and baseball bat. This sensational dessert was made for an After School Program event hosted by the Mayor Daley’s wife, the city’s First Lady Maggie Daley. Chef Matt’s talent is definitely showcased with his creative use of products and beautiful presentation.

The wedding cake is magnificently created using several of Chocolates à la Cartes white chocolate Victoria Cups. These gorgeous mousse filled Victoria Cups made for a very special wedding cake that his guests greatly enjoyed!
