 When
I first stepped into a chef’s kitchen in 1986 to show a new
chocolate banquet cup I had developed, little did I realize where
that first visit would take me twenty years later. Chocolates a la
Carte is proud to celebrate 20 years of working with our customers
in the hospitality industry.
I hope you have had the opportunity to view our new Holiday catalog.
We are proud to introduce an enticing new line of single-serve Finished
Desserts and our “Neo-Retro” chocolate confections with
exciting flavor combinations like Lavender & Citrus Honey. A very
special thank you to our Corporate Executive Chef Stanton Ho for all
the insight and work that went into developing these two new lines.
Our 20th anniversary is a time to say thank you to all of our valued
customers, and to resolve, as always, to remain a valued partner in
your success for many years to come.
