Chef Mark Willard
Chef
Mark Willard is the Corporate Chef for Island Desserts in Boston,
MA, an upscale national foodservice supplier. Before joining Island
Desserts, Chef Mark was Executive Pastry Chef at Joe’s Restaurant
in Venice California. Mark is a graduate of the Culinary Institute
of America in Hyde Park, and worked for the Four Seasons in Chicago
before moving on to the Hotel du Rhone, and then as Corporate Pastry
Chef for the Taj Group of hotels. Although Napa Valley born and
bred, Chef Mark brings an international flair to his creations as
a result of assignments ranging from Hunan China to Delhi, Dubai
and Geneva.
