We have several exciting things happening at Chocolates à la Carte as we have quickly moved into this New Year.You are in for a treat with our new Main Catalog coming out this March. We have created several new products from colorful Plaquettes to decadent Truffle Pops with flavors we know you will enjoy! Along with these sensational new products we have a wonderful new selection of packaging options, and I would like you to know that we can always pack your special creations in our boxes as well. As always I would like to thank all of you for your continued inspiration and ideas.

Chocolates à la Carte continues to keep working on new chocolate creations to better serve you! In the next few months we are excited to announce that a special video will be featured on our website. Chocolates à la Carte’s Corporate Chef, Stanton Ho will be demonstrating different products, techniques and serving suggestions. We hope that this will serve as another helpful tool for you.
