~ Brigitta Balogh
Brigitta Balagh has worked in Hungry,
England and Germany prior to coming to the United States. Currently
she is the Pastry Chef at The Sheraton Marina in San Diego, California.
Ms. Balogh is a highly skilled Pastry & Cold
Chef with a wealth of experience gained within numerous Five Star
Hotels & Restaurants. Ms. Balogh has passed equivalent to UK
National Vocational Qualification (NVQ, 3 Years) to qualify as a
Pastry Chef in 1991, she is also Trilingual (English/German/Hungarian).
Brigitta has extensive experience in organizing
special events and banquets, building A La Carte menus and catering
management. Responsibilities included making A La Carte Menus and
dessert creation, plus organizing frequent banqueting functions.
Further to this, she organized and ran a Cake Show
to introduce European delicacies and desserts to representatives
from various Arab States.
