Jim Badberg and Justin Howland are the dynamic duo that, support our company’s computer and communication system’s as well as provide the main support for our website.

As a member of executive management, who has been with Chocolates a la Carte for 17years, Jim Badberg is responsible for all aspects of data and communications for the company. He build’s and maintains the computer network, develops application software, manages the I.T. department, oversees I.T. and Telcom contractors and integrate technology into the day to day operation of the company. Jim’s favorite thing about Chocolates a la Carte is the people he works with. He feels we are very fortunate to have such a wonderful, diverse group of team members who bring a great deal of talent to our company.

Justin Howland has been working for Chocolates a la Carte for a year and 10 months. He update’s/design’s our websites, fixes and give support for the company's computers and software. He also photograph’s our chocolates and packaging for multiple purposes. His favorite things about working at Chocolates a la Carte is the environment and the people he work’s with and his favorite chocolate is our truffles and brandy discs.
