  1. BLOOM THE GELATIN IN THE FIRST AMOUNT OF WATER.
  2. IN A SAUCE POT, BOIL THE SUGAR, HONEY, GLUCOSE, AND THE
    WATER TO 210* F.
  3. ADD IN THE VANILLA. WHIP TO A MEDIUM PEAK AND POUR INTO A
    FRAME WITH A LIGHTLY OIL COATED PARCHMENT PAPER. LET SET BEFORE COVERING THE SURFACE WITH CORN STARCH. CUT THE MARSHMELLOW SHEET INTO DESIRED SHAPE AT THIS STAGE.
